What patients say on Google
“This is the worst experience I’ve ever had seeking therapy. This was about 2 or 3 years ago. I had been seeing Michael Pellecchia for about 3 or 4 sessions and we tried EMDR. He dimmed the lights and what did he do during it the session? HE FELL ASLEEP. He apologized by trying to give me a Starbucks gift card. Will never recommend this place or him ever.”
“I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. After completing a multi-week course of treatment here previously, I returned later to seek care again as symptoms began to return. While I was in the process of completing intake paperwork, I unexpectedly received a call that I would not be accepted as a patient and was referred elsewhere. This appeared to be based on a misunderstanding about my treatment history, which I attempted to clarify at the time. I was told I would receive a follow-up, but I never heard back. The lack of communication and abrupt dismissal during intake felt unprofessional and discouraging—especially when trying to reestablish care.”
“I’ve been going to Great Plains for years. The service providers and staff there are absolutely lovely. They’ve helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. Thank you, Great Plains ❤️”
“I’ve been going here for 2 years now and I’ve seen major progress . I was finally re-diagnosed and put on a new plan and I’ve honestly haven’t been this happy in a really long time . Karen is seriously amazing for a therapist and I’d highly recommend her . And Paula as med management! They are an amazing duo and have really helped me through so much and supporting me. And helping me get on a lifetime med regiment. I’ve always felt safe with these two women. I came from Alaska for the military and they didn’t make me wait to start therapy or med management it was really fast and faster than I called about for other therapy places in Omaha . Therapy takes time it’s not an instant guarantee of your fixed. Just talking with Karen in therapy. Has given me a new light on what a healthy bond between therapist and client is supposed to actually be like. I’ve had years of therapists and most don’t create relationships with you or get to know you on a level they should. And that’s something worth investing. In if your looking for a place for med management and therapy .”
