“I've been at this office for years and have seen incredible staff turn over. Dr Hanigan is the only real MD and all other providers come and go making continuity of care hard. Many mid level providers are fresh out of school and seem to lack professionalism, maturity and real life and practical experience. Clinic policies are harsh and it is incredibly hard to get in touch with anyone. I went through a tough time while changing medications and was told they discontinued my care -- leaving me in a very tough spot with little notice. From someone who has struggled with mental health for years, this left me in a very vulnerable position. This clinic absolutely lacks empathy, which is a central component of mental health care. I would recommend a different psychiatrist practice. It’s clear that Dr. Hanigan is focused on pushing patients through the clinic is fast as possible and is focused on profit vs compassionate patient care. I’m happy I’ve moved on!”
