“Shelby Eldridge doesn’t believe patients and refuses to switch meds that aren’t working or making you worse. Was told to lower my expectations, stop trying new providers cuz no one’s going to help. Also perscription refills are never smooth it’s days of spiraling before the pharmacy has it. Also was told the psychiatrist are creepy old men and I would feel uncomfortable. So i didn’t move up to an actual psychiatrist instead of a nurse practitioner like my OB recommended. Because im scared.”

“I don’t get all the 1 stars.. I have been to many many physiatrist this is the only one I feel super comfortable. Shawn is a great guy truly cares about me and the only one I’ve had that truly listens.! My therapist also great, I’ve had 2 appointments with him and has drove me in the right direction on life perspectives that I felt hopeless on. Great place highly recommended by me!!”

“They were amazing till they weren’t. Once you get any level beyond what the provider thinks is worthy of his care and concern he discards you to Iowa City, doomed to wait and wait. And won’t give you any of the support he once did. It’s wrong! Just completely wrong! I used to recommend people go to Shawn Plunkett. Never again!”
