“Horrible, atrocious, & less than competent staff. My previous doctor's office sent over my chart. I made an appointment, provided my insurance card numbers and where they are through. This is the greatest part, they call:"we don't accept your insurance." So let's review, I've been looking for a dr. I found one that "takes my insurance" made an appointment, stopped looking for a dr(that seems like the next logical thing to do?) then I get a call saying my insurance isn't accepted.”

“Dr. Koithan was rude and arrogant while I was opening up to him about my mental health struggles. Not sure why someone like him would be in the mental health field. Absolutely do not go here.”

“It took me a while to get an appointment with the doctor, he was over a month booked, the lady at the front office said she will confirm if the day I chose work for him or not, turned out she confirmed the appointment except she never called me back, and also apparently they sent me out the text reminder, that I in fact never received. Went ahead and scheduled with a different doctor in Ames. One day to my surprise I get in the mail a $200 “no-show” bill from them?? I called to get answers, and the lady arrogantly said that I missed my appointment and that now I have to pay the no-show fees?! You guys need to work on your patients service to begin with, and need to stop lying and trying to scam people. Oh and btw, you need to stop mailing me other patients’s bills as well, it’s ridiculous…”
